NFP Conjugate is the affiliate of Zia Strength Systems. We are a small gym with very personal classes, that allow our coaches to work closer with the athletes. Also we offer 30+ hours a week of open gym to allow our athletes to get supplemental work in that they might not be able to get at another gym that only offers class hours.
NFP’s programming is based around the Conjugate Method, and our programming is like no other in the area. Zia has developed a system of training over the last 10 years and have now manipulated that system to the sport of CF. This training allows for our athletes to develop a strong strength base, therefore, eliminating a lot of the injuries that plague CF.
